Flours

The flours we sell here are simply the best we have tried. They are all different in various ways, but this is clarified in the product descriptions.

Sometimes you need to adjust your recipe depending on how the flour behaves. This is also stated for each flour. However, you must be prepared to experiment a bit to learn how to work with a particular flour yourself.

Most of the flours here are very interesting, and unfortunately, they are mostly sold only to professionals. Therefore, we have had to repack most of them into 2-kilo packages, so that you can buy them in more reasonable quantities. A lot of work, but you deserve it!
