As most people know, gluten-free flours are not as good as regular flours. However, that doesn't mean there aren't big differences between different gluten-free alternatives.

Compared to, for example, a terribly bland pre-made crust, the result with Piantoni's gluten-free flour is light-years better. When making a gluten-free pizza dough, you should work by flattening the pizza and then leaving a small edge around it. Then it's just a matter of experimenting to find the right result. You might be able to slap the pizza on the counter as with regular pizza, but you have to be a little careful.

Even if you can't expect the same experience as with a regular pizza, we must say that you can achieve something both delicious and visually appealing with this flour, which many struggle with when it comes to gluten-free pizza. And we must indeed say that even those with gluten intolerance deserve good pizza!
