Orders Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. This confirmation contains all details regarding products, prices, billing, and delivery address. If you notice any errors in the confirmation, please contact us immediately at shop@lillanapoli.se.
Payment Terms We offer secure payments through major credit cards and local payment providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal). Payment is processed at the time of purchase. All transactions are handled according to industry security standards.
Delivery Our normal delivery times for international orders are 3–10 business days. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday at the earliest. If a delay occurs without notice, please contact us at shop@lillanapoli.se. For unclaimed packages, a fee of at least €20 will be charged to cover shipping, return handling, and administration.
Complaints & Warranty If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as the defect is discovered. Claims must be made within a reasonable time. Please include your order number and a description of the defect. For approved claims, we will cover the return shipping costs. We follow applicable EU consumer protection laws.
Prices All prices in the store are stated in Euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier changes, printing errors, or inaccuracies in information.
Limitation of Liability We take no responsibility for indirect damages caused by the product. We are not liable for delays or errors resulting from circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, or failed deliveries from suppliers.
Product Information We reserve the right for potential typographical errors on this website and for products being sold out. We cannot guarantee that images accurately reflect the exact appearance of the products, as color differences may occur depending on your screen and photo quality.
