Right of Withdrawal In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you received your delivery.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return of a delivered item, please ensure that:

Condition: The item is in its original, unused condition.

Packaging: The original packaging is intact and included with the return.

Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
How to Request a Return or Cancellation
You do not need to log in to a customer account to cancel an order or request a return.

Enter your name, order number and email address into the form.

Follow the on-screen instructions. Once your request is processed, you will receive email instructions on how and where to send your package (if the items have already been shipped).
Unclaimed Packages For packages that are not collected from the service point and are subsequently returned to us, we charge a fee to cover the actual costs of shipping, return handling, and administration. This fee is at least €20 (approx. 200 SEK) but may be higher depending on the actual shipping rates for your region. The fee will be deducted from your total refund.
