Right of Withdrawal In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you received your delivery.

Conditions for Returns

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition.

• The original packaging must be intact and included with the return.

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

How to make a return Before sending any items back, you must contact us at shop@lillanapoli.se to notify us of your return. Please include your order number in the email.

Unclaimed Packages For packages that are not collected from the service point and are subsequently returned to us, we charge a fee to cover the actual costs of shipping, return handling, and administration. This fee is at least €20 (approx. 200 SEK) but may be higher depending on the actual shipping rates for your region. The fee will be deducted from your total refund.
