Shipping policy
We ship from our warehouse in Sweden to all countries within the European Union.
Processing Time We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Rest of EU: 4–10 business days Please note that these are estimated times and delays can occur during peak seasons or due to local carrier issues.
Shipping Rates Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.
Tracking Your Order As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey.
Damaged Goods If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product immediately and contact us at shop@lillanapoli.se. Transport damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Unclaimed Packages Remember to pick up your package in time! If it’s returned to us because it wasn't collected, we will charge a fee of at least €20 to cover our shipping and handling costs.
