The anchovies from Cetara are perhaps one of our most important ingredients at the pizzeria. Since our anchovy pizza is served without cheese, the fish take even more center stage, and therefore they must be the best and nothing less.
These anchovies are from the village of Cetara on the Amalfi Coast, which is known for producing some of Italy's best pickled anchovies. Read more about anchovies from Cetara here.
Furthermore, we are good friends with Delfino who produces our anchovies - even though it smells a bit crazy, we always stop by and say hello. And you should know that you won't find prouder anchovy packers than that family.
