A whole, boneless Parma ham, aged for at least 24 months. It comes from the Q+ line of our favourite producer, Pedrazzoli, which represents their finest products. We're talking high-quality stuff here.
The ham comes from free-range pigs, and the feed is carefully selected to achieve the best possible results. It has a characteristically soft and supple texture, with a balanced saltiness and sweetness. The colour is a very fine pink.
I must say an extra thank you to Pedrazzoli for being so kind as to bone it for us. Because this can be a bit annoying to do at home. The ham comes vacuum-packed and it's good to put it on the slicer and get to work.
