For the same reason we chose to make our own aluminum peels, we are now producing turning peels. We simply found what was available to be too expensive. Why should a bit of metal cost so much?

This peel has a diameter of 20 cm, which is what we use ourselves. 20 cm is sufficient for both large and small pizzas, while not being too heavy and cumbersome. The peel itself is also made of aluminum, which we believe is best as it reduces the weight. In addition, the aluminum is hard-anodized, which gives it excellent durability.

To be clear, a turning peel is nothing out of the ordinary, and most on the market work fine. Many are expensive, however, but here you get a peel that works perfectly while being affordable. You're welcome! :)

The peel can be shortened with a saw, drill, and screwdriver. No problem, it only takes a few minutes. Easy-peasy, so to speak. The length measurements include both the peel and the handle, and it is available in two sizes: 120 cm and 142 cm.
