Aluminum spade 35cm wide

We decided to develop our own aluminum pizza peel because we always thought others were too expensive. It's just a piece of metal, right? We use these peels ourselves at the restaurant, and they are designed by us. In our experience, they are at least as good as others on the market, but quite a bit more affordable :)

Do these peels have some miracle cure that creates better glide than all others? No, because such a thing doesn't exist. What distinguishes our peels from others is that the aluminum is hard-anodized, which makes it more durable. That's why the peels are a bit grey and not silvery. It would be nice to write that it creates 15% better glide, but that would be bullshit...

With each peel, we include an extra end piece for the handle that is longer than 120cm. If you want to shorten the peel, just grab a hacksaw and cut off a piece. Then, put on the extra end piece with a little glue, and in a mere 5 minutes, you're done. Voilà. Therefore, it might be better to buy a peel that's too long than one that's too short.

The length measurements include the handle and peel, and there are three different length sizes to choose from.
