Aluminium shovel, 30cm wide

We decided to develop our own aluminum pizza peel for the simple reason that we always found others to be too pricey. I mean, it's just a piece of metal, right? We use these peels ourselves in the restaurant, and in our experience, they are at least as effective as others on the market, but at a significantly better price :)

Is there something magical that makes our aluminum peels glide better than all others? No, there isn't. And neither does anyone else's, you should know! The difference between ours and many of our competitors' peels is - besides the price - that the aluminum is hard-anodized, which results in increased durability. That's why the peels are slightly grayish instead of silver-colored.

An extra end piece is included with each peel longer than 120 cm, so if you need to shorten it, just grab a hacksaw and start cutting. Then you glue on the extra end piece with a bit of glue, and in five minutes, the job is done. It's no more complicated than that. That's why it's smarter to buy a peel that's too long rather than too short.

The length measurements include both the handle and the blade, and there are three different lengths to choose from.
