Hot honey

We don't know why, but honey with chili in it is really good on pizza. If you think about it, it's not that strange, though – both are incredibly tasty on their own, so why not combine them? Sweet and savory and all that.

This honey from Tuttocalabria is fantastic, and you'd have to search for a long time to find anything better. We noticed this particular one because the world-famous New York pizzerias Roberta's and Paulie Gee use it. And if it's good enough for them, it works for us :)
