Olive Oil "Fruttato Leggero" - Fam

We have been buying olive oil from Fam for a number of years now, and for the past two years, we have been using their Fruttato Leggero on our pizzas before they go into the oven.

If your Italian is failing you, Fruttato Leggero means that it is mild. We use a milder olive oil like this on the pizza before baking because it then becomes a good complement without overpowering.

However, it must be said that this olive oil still has a lot of kick to it – it is Italian after all, and not some made-up product. So you still get a lot of flavor and it is significantly more exciting than regular olive oil from the store around the corner.

Of course, the oil can vary a little from year to year, but this one consistently maintains a very high standard. Enough talk – this olive oil is simply delicious, elegant, and perfectly balanced. In our opinion, that is :)
